I used to have rough skin with pimples and acne. No, I wasn’t proud of it. I suffered from the low self-esteem it brought me. One day my Mama told me something that hit the spot so hard. She said, ‘’your skin reflects what you eat’’.

Mom is a beautiful fair smooth-skinned woman with a serious regard for what goes into her mouth. She said that when you eat natural food you look natural on the outside.

I loved samosas, a deep-fried snack with a rough surface made of wheat and beef. When I contemplated what she said, I realized my skin was as rough as the samosas appeared. Glowing skin is something I dreamed of. A visit to a dermatologist confirmed Mama’s statement.  Since then, I switched to a natural diet that not only gave me a glowing skin but also boosted my self esteem and self confidence.

Here are the that replaced my poor diet.

Yes, you definitely expected this. Water is life to every part of your body including the skin. Dehydrated skin cannot glow.
