I attended a spiritual retreat where we were taught how to meditate. Among the several benefits of meditation is glowing skin. Yes, hold your horses. Meditation calms the body. It relieves it of all tension that may bring it inflammation inciting stress. In fact, the calmness of the soul that meditation brings spreads to body cells so your body and soul can be in harmony. I have experienced it and I can attest.

You are the only person you came with in this world. You are the only person you will leave this earth with. You need to invest in yourself to be the best you ever wish to be. Investing in yourself is not just about money. You can invest in yourself physically, emotionally, spiritually, and mentally. Do things that elevate you.

Cultivate a positive mindset and attitude towards life.

Treat your body to a massage, steam bath, etc to relax.

Read books to grow your mind.

Love yourself in ways you want other people to love you.

Hang around people that see the best in you.

The richer you are physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually, the fewer worries you have about life. When the inside is alright everything outside falls in place including your skin.
